Shipping Calculated at Checkout: Rates are calculated by destination, package size, and service level.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size and destination.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Orders: Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Made-to-Order Policy: Because every Provenance & Patina piece is custom produced to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at provenance@petersandel.com with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

How Refunds Are Issued: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EU Customers: EU withdrawal rights do not apply to made-to-order or custom goods per Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).
