Complimentary Shipping for Framed Art

Provenance & Patina offers complimentary shipping only on framed art orders. This applies to framed fine art purchased through Provenance & Patina.

If an order includes wallpaper, glassware, custom furniture, vintage or oversized pieces, or other non-framed-art items, shipping charges may apply to those items at checkout or by quote.

Shipping Calculated at Checkout

Wallpaper and glassware shipping rates are charged at checkout and are calculated based on destination, package size, weight, and available service level.

Shipping charges shown at checkout apply before any duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees.

Custom Furniture Delivery

Custom furniture shipping, freight, crating, and white glove delivery are charged separately and calculated or quoted based on destination, dimensions, weight, fragility, access conditions, and service level.

For custom furniture, we may confirm final delivery requirements after the order or inquiry is reviewed.

Made-to-Order Production

Many Provenance & Patina pieces are made to order. Production timelines vary by category and item. Please refer to the individual product page for specific production timeframes.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. For freight or white glove delivery, scheduling details may be provided separately.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary by destination, carrier, service level, and production timeline. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, brokerage fees, or customs charges collected by the destination country or carrier.
