Visual Impact

A male figure folds and rises through saturated cobalt, his torso, arms, loose trousers, and bent knees repeating in several positions at once. The body reads as a trace of movement rather than a fixed pose. Water-like horizontal bands below keep the blue field connected to weight, balance, and physical effort.

Artistic Detail

Deep cobalt shifts toward pale cyan along doubled contours, recording the path of each gesture. The darker torso gives the composition a central mass while bent limbs break outward. Fine horizontal lines near the base act as reflection and keep the moving figure tethered.

Interior Context

A medium or larger square lets the repeated contours separate without losing the dense central body. Place it above a console or between two vertical works, where the blue can act as an anchor. Show it alone or complete the Motion in Blue series as a measured group; black framing contains the cobalt.

Made to last, every work is framed to order in wood with white mat board and UV-filtering acrylic.

Wood frames, made to order
Each frame is built and assembled for the selected artwork. Wood grain and tone vary naturally, particularly in Natural and Deep Natural.

White mat board
Both frame styles use white mat board scaled to the selected artwork size. Discovery Series works are set within a cut 2.4 mm conservation-grade mat. Editions Series works are floated over an uncut mat, with a spacer preventing the artwork from touching the acrylic.

UV-filtering acrylic
Both frame styles use clear UV-filtering acrylic. In the Editions Series Frame, a spacer keeps the floated artwork from touching the acrylic.

Ready to hang
Discovery Series Frames use a Cobra hook up to 70 × 100 cm and a sawtooth hanger above that size. Editions Series Frames arrive with hardware selected for the finished size and weight.
