Visual Impact

A man appears through a closed turquoise vehicle window, partly obscured by reflections as dark horizontal body lines cross the lower frame. The window creates both access and distance. A person is seen through the vehicle, but reflections keep the encounter partial and private. Turquoise light gives the distance color.

Artistic Detail

The window acts as both opening and screen: the man remains visible, but reflected shapes drift across his face and clothing. Turquoise paint supplies the primary color, while black trim and long horizontal lines establish the vehicle's hard structure around him.

Interior Context

Turquoise, black, and muted skin tones suit a den, study, bedroom, or motoring wall. The horizontal work can sit above a console or low cabinet and pairs with dark wood, chrome, leather, cream wool, or blue-green paint. Above a desk or low cabinet, use enough width for face and reflections; keep it solo and control ambient glare so depicted reflections remain legible.

Quality & Presentation

Produced on museum-grade archival cotton rag paper and professionally framed in solid wood, the work is available in the sizes and frame finishes shown in the product options.

For Your Collection

Cruising makes the vehicle window a boundary between portrait and exterior surface. Man, window, reflected light, and turquoise metal share the image, with privacy held inside the moving car. Privacy survives even when the person is seen at close range.

The provenance of this piece begins with you.

Framing Guide

Made to last, every work is framed to order in wood with white mat board and UV-filtering acrylic.

01
Wood frames, made to order
Each frame is built and assembled for the selected artwork. Wood grain and tone vary naturally, particularly in Natural and Deep Natural.
02
White mat board
Both frame styles use white mat board scaled to the selected artwork size. Discovery Series works are set within a cut 2.4 mm conservation-grade mat. Editions Series works are floated over an uncut mat, with a spacer preventing the artwork from touching the acrylic.
03
UV-filtering acrylic
Both frame styles use clear UV-filtering acrylic. In the Editions Series Frame, a spacer keeps the floated artwork from touching the acrylic.
04
Ready to hang
Discovery Series Frames use a Cobra hook up to 70 × 100 cm and a sawtooth hanger above that size. Editions Series Frames arrive with hardware selected for the finished size and weight.
05
Custom sizing
Need a different size? Custom dimensions are available by request. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm artwork ratio, print resolution, frame availability, and pricing.

Frame dimensions describe the moulding profile. Finished dimensions vary according to the selected artwork size and mat.
