A figure is cropped at the chin and throat above a dark collared jacket, its metal zipper catching light within blue-green shadow. The crop removes the eyes and most of the room, leaving jaw, neck, collar, and sunlight to carry presence. A chair and plant at the edge keep the fragment connected to daily life rather than pure fashion.

Artistic Detail

The abrupt crop removes the face and enlarges the jacket’s construction: collar points, central opening, zipper teeth, and folded surface. Blue-green shadow cools the dark field, while a narrow strip of skin provides contrast above. The metal pull becomes a small but decisive highlight.

Interior Context

Black, brown, and blue-green work with ebonized wood, aged metal, charcoal upholstery, or warm plaster-white paint. Use the vertical format beside a bookcase or above a narrow cabinet; pair it with one similarly cropped figure, leaving enough wall around the chin, collar, chair, and plant to keep the domestic fragment legible.

Wood frames, made to order
Each frame is built and assembled for the selected artwork. Wood grain and tone vary naturally, particularly in Natural and Deep Natural.

White mat board
Both frame styles use white mat board scaled to the selected artwork size. Discovery Series works are set within a cut 2.4 mm conservation-grade mat. Editions Series works are floated over an uncut mat, with a spacer preventing the artwork from touching the acrylic.

UV-filtering acrylic
Both frame styles use clear UV-filtering acrylic. In the Editions Series Frame, a spacer keeps the floated artwork from touching the acrylic.

Ready to hang
Discovery Series Frames use a Cobra hook up to 70 × 100 cm and a sawtooth hanger above that size. Editions Series Frames arrive with hardware selected for the finished size and weight.
